This 4-star review from Donna S. in Woodstock GA on TripAdvisor says it best: Cozy atmosphere
City Cellar and Loft is a great place for a sandwich and a beer. It actually is a cellar, so if you have folks with you who may have trouble with steps, you might want to give them a hand. It’s in a Historical Building and the steps are of the era. It’s dark with hand hewn beams and a cozy atmosphere. The drinks were well made. The food was tasty,. We had the Fish and Chips – 3 large pieces of cod in a light, crispy breading accompanied by homemade chips. There’s on street parking and an adjacent parking lot. We walked from the Booth Western Art Museum only about 2 blocks away and enjoyed a bit of downtown Cartersville.
