Family Friendly Sip ‘N Stroll
December 5 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
This alcohol free walking tour will look at Christmas traditions of old. Using photos from the Bartow History Museum archives, tour members will get to look at how decorations, traditions, and presents have changed in Cartersville over the years, and how in some ways the holiday season has remained timeless. Participants will meet at the TRC building at 1 Gilmer Street, where private parking is reserved in your name. Once gathered, you and your tour guide will walk to a designated spot to take in the parade. After the parade passes, your private walking tour will begin. This short walk will finish up at the Bartow History Museum for cookies, cocoa, and Christmas carols. What a great way to start off the holiday season! Tickets are required in advance. Adult tickets are $12 and student (ages 6 – 18) tickets are $10. Refreshments provided by Strands Salon Downtown!
