Iron Hill: Meeting of the Mines

Register in advance to join rangers on a hike back to the 1800s to learn about Red Top Mountain’s iron mining history. This hike is a 3-mile loop, partly off-trail, on moderate to strenuous terrain. Please allow approximately 3 hours for this hike, dress for weather and bring water. $25 per guest. Space is limited to 8 guests. Ages 10 and older only. Social distancing will be monitored. $5 parking pass required. Hike canceled in the event of inclement weather. To register, please call 770-975-0055.
